Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders.
Processing: Orders are processed in 1–5 business days after payment clears.
Fulfilment: Ships from our partner warehouse in China.
Estimated delivery (after processing):
- Qatar: typically 17–26 days; some small accessories 15–45 days
- Saudi Arabia & UAE: 10–20 days
- UK & Europe (Germany, France, Netherlands): 8–20 days
- USA, Canada & Australia: 10–20 days
Some small accessories can take longer (shown on each product page). Honest ranges, not guarantees; customs and peak seasons can add delays.
Tracking: emailed after dispatch; allow 24–72 hours for carrier updates. Tracking may be limited for some small accessories.
Currency: prices are in QAR; PayPal converts to your currency at checkout.
Duties and taxes: outside Qatar, customs duties or VAT may apply on import where local rules require; these are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated at checkout. EU/UK buyers may be charged import VAT by the carrier.
Undeliverable parcels: keep address complete; returned parcels may need reship shipping paid again.
