Where do you ship from?
Our partner warehouse in China.

Which countries do you ship to?
Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, USA, Canada and Australia.

How long will my order take?
Processing: 1–5 business days, then typical delivery: Qatar 17–26 days (some small accessories 15–45 days); Saudi Arabia & UAE 10–20 days; UK & Europe 8–20 days; USA, Canada & Australia 10–20 days. Some small accessories can take longer (shown on each product page).

How much is shipping?
Free shipping on all orders.

Do you offer Next-Day or Express?
Not as a default store promise. Faster methods only if available for that order, with honest transit ranges.

What currency are prices in?
Prices are in QAR; PayPal converts to your currency at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is by PayPal at checkout (buyers can usually pay with a debit/credit card through PayPal's guest checkout where PayPal offers it in their country). No Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, Shop Pay Installments, PayPal Credit, PayPal Pay Later, or other BNPL.

Are your products branded MagSafe / Apple / Nike / etc.?
No. Unbranded generics only.

Is the resistance bands set a medical device?
No. General fitness equipment for home workouts. No medical claims.

Who pays import duties?
Outside Qatar, customs duties or VAT may apply on import where local rules require, and are the buyer’s responsibility unless checkout says otherwise. In the EU and UK the carrier may charge you import VAT on delivery.
